Vid of the Day – This is what we mean!

This is what we mean by being resourceful! Is it squat assistance? Is it deadlift assistance? Well… To quote the gentleman in the video, you are watching “One hard mofo of an exercise!!!” – that’s good enough for me.

My home gym isn’t set up to try this, but I am itching to and am looking into setting something up… anyone else who does, tell me how it goes.

Here is Dave Whitley performing 154 reps in the snatch with a 32kg kettlebell, in 5 minutes.

Vid of the Day – Squat!

Squatting is fantastic, and so far as I am (and you should be) concerned it is one of the keys to strength. And these videos are a big part of what you need to do it right.

Here is the first one. Check “more from this user” on the side of the page to find the rest, and then squat. To paraphrase something Yuri Vlasov, the first man to snatch over 200kg’s(!) once said… Squat. Squat till there is dark red twilight in your head and the roaring of blood in your ears.
