At TSR we pursue and recommend hardstyle training, we give our all whenever we can!

What is our definition of strength?

Strength is about running that extra mile, stretching that extra inch, getting that extra rep, losing that extra pound, and getting up at 5AM to do all if you have to. We are here to make sure you work hard no matter what you do, be it BJJ, Pilates or juggling.

We do not have much up yet, but we will. In the meantime, feel free to contact us with any questions you have regarding training or the website. Train hard! Come back soon.
